Don’t work
It doesn’t stay in place and the pictures are miss leading. It is not as supported as pictures show. Pictures are close up but pads are small and not great. Would not recommend this item.

NOT GEL! Get something else
This is ONLY foam. Softer than the foam that is inside the padded cycling shorts. It did NOT provide any additional support. I ride a pedi-cab for work so I am on a bike seat about 8-10 hours a day and this pad did not look like it could add any additional padding support to the seat. Just to see how it would work I simply placed it on the seat and sat on it, NO support! Definitely NOT as advertised as gel. It would have been amazing if it was gel!
