Very bright

A bit flimsy, but if you don’t plan on dropping it, it should be fine. Slim and light weight, easy to tuck into a drawer when not in use. Bright enough to believe that it is the recommended lux without actually measuring the light output. Using it first thing in the morning helped reduce daytime sleepiness, during the darkest months. Would recommend, especially for the price!

My wife and I got this for my 91 yo grandma. She lives by herself in a small trailer that is in a valley that gets very little sunlight every day. She also suffers from depression and this light has perked her up over the last couple months. We mounted it to her wall right next to her favorite chair and it simulates sun coming in through the window for her. She has been doing much better and the sun lamp is a big part of it. Since she is not really able to get outside by herself this has simulated that feeling of basking in the sun for her.

Ordered the light to see if it would help my SAD. While I didn't notice much of a change in my overall mood, the light was bright enough it annoyed me to the point I'd get out of bed, which is helpful in its own way.My partner loved the light so much he asked me to order him his own for when he was at his place. He definitely said he could feel an elevation in his mood when the light was on & he was using it properly (18 inches or closer to his face, within he line of vision).

This product is easy to use. Good replacement when unable to go in the sun for a long period of time. Has helped with my jaundice as well.

I really liked this product. It was light, bright and easy to use. I used it most mornings for about an hour or so, and i thought it helped me perk up for the day. I ordered it December 6, 2021 and a few days ago it just stopped working. I paid about $16, so it wasn't super expensive but it really should've lasted longer. Now it's just going to add to the landfill with all the other things that are built to last only a year or two

I have only used this light a handful of times so far. I ordered it late in the season. During the times I did use it, I found it to be helpful. While it does not replace the sun, it certainly helps with the light I feel I am missing during long winter months.
