I love that this is a collapsible cooler. Since it is pretty large. I leave it in my trunk for when I go grocery shopping and put all the cold stuff in there. And I also use it to deliver cakes and cupcakes and chocolate covered treats. I just throw a few ice packs in there. I am planning on getting different sizes. It seems made pretty well and sturdy. I have not had any issues with the zipper.

As a Field Service Technician, I use these every day for work. These are a lifesaver in my Industry. I park my work van at a different location than my car. I use these bags to store my expensive electronic pH Probes which cannot freeze. I move these from the house to the car and from the car to the van, every day - and vice versa. This is now my second Winter using the same bag. The second bag I gave to my wife for grocery shopping. The size is perfect for my needs - you may find it to bee to big. Be sure to use a ruler to guestimate whether or not this is for you. Due to the size, I tend to overload it at the grocery store, and yet the straps are still holding fast. Even overloaded, the bag holds it own. One bag has had a zipper failure (complete) but we still can use it for groceries. The second bag has separated at the zipper away from the foil insulating padding, but again, it's still in use and works well. Overall, I'm very happy with these bags.

My only complaint about this cooler bag is its flimsy. If something more sturdy was added to the bottom to keep items afloat that would be awesome so items inside does not sink into the middle when carried.

Needed a big bag / cooler that can carry all the stuff that needs to be hauled up for a camping trip or a big family barbecue, you know, paper towels, plates, condiments, toothpicks, grilling tools, hotdog buns, everything that needs a place. Haven't tried out whether it is waterproof yet, but it works well for carrying and storing dry goods so far. Folds up nice and flat to tuck away until needed again.

I use these for carrying large catering orders. For my use case, these have proven sufficient. If support is needed for the bottom, then a piece of cardboard from a box can be used. These are not the thickest of insulated bags, but also not too thin either. These have done a decent job keeping heat in for shorter catering trips. One feature I really like is the two sets of handles; there is a handle on each side so it can be carried like a chest with two hands or like a bag, one-handed.

Very thin and lightweight and flimsy. Ok for the money, will see how it holds out. I bought it for cold groceries and I inserted a cardboard box in it to keep it more stable.

This bag leaked horribly. Absolutely do not waste your money. Ruined my entire trip.

I am very happy with this quality! This is now 4 time to buy this bags. Always buying set of 2. I am a designer and this bags are perfect to put my fashion items , heavier jackets and else in. Its holds pretty heavy items, fit in car perfectly and looks very professional . Perfectly sewn handles and not coming apart!

Good but not practical as the base is loose. All items are easily moving when carrying the bag

I like the bag as I can fit many orders in it at once. Just wish the bottom was more solid so it can support a tray of four drinks easily. The bottom is soft so I would not attempt to out a tray of drinks in it for fear of spillage
