Blueprint: How To Start A Residential Assisted Living Business

Gene answered questions I didn’t even know I had. Looking forward to attending a 3 day workshop and meeting a community of like minded people. We’re located here in central TX and looking to develop a 16 bed facility potentially with my Sister, a local RN. Grateful for Gene’s expertise and generous heart to share so much.I highly recommend this book.

Wonderful book! Step by step guide.

This book provides little to no information about how to start a residential assisted living business. All the information is broad and constantly refers to their website. It’s basically one long ad for their online program. Save your money and time and don’t buy it.

There were some good tidbits of information within the pages. But no specific in-depth details. Anytime they need to start a topic, he basically turns into, “and our three day seminar will teach you how to do it.” so the entire book basically reads like a large advertisement for their business on consulting. Definitely not worth it. You can get more information from blogs and YouTube.

This book is advertisement for their education program that cost over $4,000. This is book is not informative. I don't mind paying for an education program if it's worth and the price is reasonable. The program is probably worth taking but it's not worth it to buy this book.

This book gives absolutely no practical info on how to start a RAL. All important information is withheld and refers you to the mentoring website where you can pay for the actual information. Don't waste your money on this book. While RAL Academy seems valuable and legitimate. This book gives stats and glosses over the most valuable information.

The book is a BARE introduction into the business. I thought it was going to provide useful information on HOW to start a residential assisted living business but the book is a pushy coy to take his class. Disappointed.Most useful thing was some other resources mentioned in the book.If you are like me and want information on STEPS and PRACTICALITY to start and launch a Residential Assisted living facility business, this isn't it.

This book is so elementary and is a marketing flyer for you to attend his course. What a waste of money...I'll save you the effort in reading. Each section starts by appearing to provide some sort of value and ends with him saying pay to join my academy. Don't waste your money.
