Is this made to go on top of natural lash line or under natural lash line

I use Calalilis glue, also available on Amazon and it is stronger than Easitention brand glue . I wear the lashes to bed and they stay on for 5-6 days as long as I sleep on my back! I rinse them off gently in the shower, and gently blot them dry. When I wash my face, I avoid touching the lashes. Carefully clean eyelid with a q-tip. Ocassionally need to remove a cluster to reposition quick. These are beautiful and so much less expensive than lash extensions! My favorite for glam are 14mm volume with a 12 mm toward the inner corner. For daily wear I use 12 mm volume with 10 mm near the inner corner.

If I buy the 14mm is it enough for both eyes or do I need to buy 2?

its enough but looks weird without size variation i ordered 12 and 14

Can I use regular strip lash glue for these?

You can, but it does not stick well at all. The lashes are stiff and the plastic doesn't dry or adhere well at all.
