This was a last minute Xmas purchase, and I did not expect much from it. My wife, hung it in the garden, and due to cloudy days the battery was not charged and the birds did not light up. I considered it just another wasted purchase. Then, lo and behold, following a few sunny days, the birds lit up in blazing colors at night. Since then, they have lit up after a sunny day and remained lit for a considerable period at night. I had thought that the birds were made of glass. But no, they are clear plastic. I will monitor how long the plastic holds up. Overall, pleased with the purchase.

My great grandmother loves hummingbirds. She loved this gift. It comes in a box that is rather small so it is a little difficult to get out while trying to be gentle.

Bought to replace a similar one. I cut off the dangling Chinese brass bells and tassels that looked just stupid! But once the butterfly's were left without that dumb extra stuff these are quite nice looking. Hung them up and they charged during the day. All lit up at night like they should.
