Great laptop for the price
I researched chromebooks for a month before I bought this. I was replacing my 2012 Samsung Chromebook that held up very well over these 9 years, and I think this one will last even longer.. Great quality build, very solid not plastic. Yes they're better ones out there if you want to spend 5 or 6 hundred on them. But for the price I wanted to spend this little baby is great.Usb C for charging and data transfer along with sd card slot, and usb 3.0 and huge battery life. It advertised as 10 hours but I am getting close to 12 on half brightness. Plus it transforms into a tablet. I am one truly happy buyer.

Works great, however Lenovo CS is lacking.
Only had the machine a few days, so far working to expectations. It’s easy to use and rather straight forward in its workings.I had an issue with Lenovo Customer Service. I wanted to register the unit with Lenovo. I followed the link on the flyer that was included. I had to create a account, which I did. Then it wants me to log into the account. Once I attempt to log in, it continues to “roll” and I cannot enter my information or get the rolling to stop.So I call the Lenovo CS number listed on the flyer. The individual that I spoke with, that was not a native English speaker, but communicated ok. When I explained my situation, then he went through the process in registering the unit….I stopped that rather quickly, that was not the issue at hand….we needed to first fix the issue of the rolling. He said he could connect with my machine, via the internet and see what was going on. He directed me to a www site to download an app. Of course this app is for windows not a Chromebook, and not compatible. Dead end there.I asked if there was someone available that was familiar with the www site, there was not, the folks in his unit was for hardware issues. It was rather obvious that the hardware CS’s were not trained very well on Chromebook activities and how to offer suggestions on issues.I thanked the CS person and ended the call. I was eventually able to register the machine but had to do it on another computer in my household.

DON'T PANIC when you check the warranty on Lenovo's web site
Happy with the laptop, bit heavy to use as a tablet for a long period. When I went to https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/ to make sure that there were no software/firmware updates, I checked the warranty and it indicated that it was long since out of warranty (my unit was built in 2020). I contacted the seller, ComputerSaleUSA, and they did not get back to me so they sorta/kinda suck. There is support on the Lenovo site and they did update my warranty so make sure you do this so if you do have a problem you'll be set. Happy with the PC, not so happy with ComputerSaleUSA.The speakers suck, so I splurged and spent 16 bucks on bluetooth.Touch screen is just OK.Automatically goes into tablet mode when you fold the screen onto the back of the keyboard. At this price point, touch screens are rare, and the convertible feature aspect is a bonus.REMINDER, this is a Chromebook, it will not run your windows apps, but it will run MOST Android apps. I have my Windows PC set up for secure remote access, so the Chromebook works for me. It boots in seconds. One odd thing, but it's not really a problem. It automatically powers on when you open it. It does not power down when you close it, and I would not expect it to, it just goes to sleep. Battery life so fare is excellent. My only concern is that it was 2 years old out of the box is battery life, but if it dies under warranty (1 year Lenovo, 1 additional year from my credit card), it should be replaced at no cost. If it dies after that, it looks like you can open it up to replace it. Time will tell.I will also say that my last Lenovo tablet died just out of warranty, and since it was a United Airlines reward there was no extended warranty.

Amazingly efficient. Space age technology.
I have not found one thing I dislike on this chomebook. Worked excellently and perfectly right out of the box. I do not use the touchscreen. Why? Because the videos and images are so pristine and crystal clear, I do not want my finger-prints and smudges on the screen. Okay, there might be a time to use, but I just admire the screen too much now to put fingers upon it. I feel like I am looking at the very highest definition possible for a chromebook. Okay, relative to what I had before. So far, so good. I am really enjoying this purchase. I gave the touch screen five stars. Yes, I have tested it and it works like a charm, but now I am using a mouse. It is now squeeky clean. Down the road I am sure I will be using the touch screen.

Perfect for my needs
This is my first Chromebook. I was a little hesitant about getting this over a regular laptop but now I'm a Chromebook enthusiast. It does exactly what I need it to do. serf the web. play Netflix. watch Youtube. run apps. I like the option of using it as a tablet. This is also my first Lenovo product and I'm not disappointed in my choice. great value for the money and the build quality is impressive for a budget item. I would highly recommend this Chromebook to anyone interested.

Love it!
I'm not a super computer genius or hardcore user, just an average browser/student. I bought this for my virtual class I am taking. I love how easy it was to set up and use. The touch screen is fantastic, I can download slide shows for class and take notes with a stylus right on the slides! The chrome os is simple and intuitive. I hope I get a lot of use out of this machine. For a casual user on a thin budget this is for you!

Couldn't be happier with it
We are so happy with this. I bought it for my 12 year old's birthday. She had asked for a laptop, but she has two iPads that she's on all the time and I was afraid a laptop would be something she thought she wanted but then kind of tossed aside so I didn't want to spend a bunch of money. My mom suggested a chrome book and then I found this one with the touch screen and the flexible positions. My daughter loves it. She uses it constantly. So happy with the purchase and it was a fraction of the cost of her ipads.
