Q: My dimensions are 26” wide and 34” high do you have a ice machine that fits in that opening ?

This ice machine will work in that space with room to spare.

Q: My ice make has stopped working, it is displaying an E2 code - i bought it less than 3 months ago. I need a resolution

Have same problem occasionally. Find if I push the CLEAN button ( bottom left) it starts again.

Q: Will this hook up to outside water spigot?

It will hook up to any water source with the proper adapters. I ran my water off the main line to my house and put a cutoff at the source and another at the machine so I can shut the water off without interrupting the water to my house. I am glad I bought this ice machine and hooked it up the way I did.

Q: My machine stopped circulating the water and not making ice. We just hooked it up about 2~3 weeks ago. Any suggestions?

If you loose power it will stop making ice. You will need to turn it on again. It will appear to be on but will not make ice until you push the on button. The icon will be turning circles if it is making ice.
