Irish Connemara Marble: SET of 3 Angel & Wishing & Worry Stone

If you have ever been to Ireland, you cannot come home without a piece of Eire. I keep this little piece of marble in my pocket at all times. A true treasure which contains so many great memories.

I only received 1 piece instead of the three that are supposed to be in the set.

I loved the stones, I put my old one in my Dads casket when he passed away, so these.

This Irish Connemara Marble set was a Christmas gift from my boyfriend. I have a couple of other Connemara pieces and am always interested in the marbles different colors and markings.The Worry stone: comes in a small cardboard holder. On the back it shares some Irish wisdom titled (Why Worry) that will make you think about your worries. The stone is a nice size and weight to hold in one's hand. it has a thumb sized indentation. The piece is a smooth oval shape, of the three my worry stone is the darkest in color.The Wish Stone: comes in a small cardboard box that tells you to hold onto it and make a wish, that it is not for small children. It also tells you that Connemara marble can only be found in the Galway Mountains of Ireland. It is square in shape and is the bigger of the three. Mine is the lightest in color almost a milky green with littls pock marks that can be felt more then seen.The Angel Pocket Stone: Comes in a round tin that reads to keep you safe irish angel pocket stone. The stone is square cut with an angel and trumpet etched in. The Angel appears white on the gray-green stone I have.All three are nice thick pieces. They are beautiful in color and craftmanship. i would highly recommend them to others.
