I've used a few different Vegavero products now and I'm impressed. I'm not sure whether it's a new brand but it was one I was unfamiliar with until offered a few of their products to trial.Bromelain is a supplement I've taken before so I'm familiar with its benefits in improving digestion. I find this supplement just as effective as another one which had been my go-to (Solgar's quercetin complex, which includes bromelain). It's easy to swallow the normal sized capsule. I usually have it in the middle of a meal if I'm eating some meat, since my stomach would often struggle to digest a heavier meal like this. It gives me relief from indigestion and bloating. I find the same effect from ending a meal with pineapple (bromelain is in pineapples) but sometimes I just can't stomach any more food, so it's easier to take this as a digestive aid.I don't take this daily, so I find the cost absolutely fine and I have 2 years in which to use it. It's just handy to have in the cupboard when it's needed.

Just 500 mg of pure bromelain.This is a quality supplement from Vegavero, a manufacturer that continues to impress me. The quality of a supplement is dictated by purity, potency and efficacy. Nothing else. Not flavour or colour or any other such unimportant characteristic. Vegavero understands this. Most supplement manufacturers don't.Five stars for sure. Bromelain is a substance found in pineapple and it is used to tenderise meat. I used to add pineapple to beef stew in order to make the meat more tender. Since then I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and so I don't use pineapple in my cooking any more.So I was pleased to find this product which has the bromelain from the pineapple without the carbs.I pop one of these capsules into my beef stew and the result is the same - well tenderised meat and the capsules do not add any flavour.I am very pleased with this product.

Pineapple in a bottle! Okay so you wouldn't put this on your pizza but it will give you high dose bromelain in handy form. Of course you might enjoy eating pineapple as well but the dosage on these exceeds several whole pineapples so they are very useful. Easy to swallow with water with no aftertaste, not even pineapple! Supposed to be good to ease inflammation, good for digestive system problems and joint pain. Worth a try. These ones are good quality and vegan too.

These Bromelain capsules come in a dark plastic bottle with a plastic screw-top lid.The capsules are off-white in colour. I would say they are on the large side, but I have no problem swallowing them with some water. They do not have any discernible smell or taste. Neither have I noticed any after-taste or other unwanted side effects.Bromelain is an enzyme from pineapple. It is taken primarily as a digestive aid, and is also an anti-inflammatory. I am taking it, however, as I suffer from floaters in my eyes and there is some evidence to suggest that Bromelain can help reduce floaters by breaking down the collagen fibrils that cause them. So far I have been taking Bromelain supplements for about six weeks and my floaters are definitely fading. Of course, this might have happened over time anyway, but my feeling is that the Bromelain has accelerated the process.You get 90 Bromelain capsules in a bottle and the recommended dose is one a day, so this bottle should last about three months. That makes it pretty good value in my book.Nothing really I can find fault with, so five stars from me.

I've been wanting to try Bromelain for ages now because of its anti-inflammatory properties and its help with joint problems. I've only been taking a couple of days so its obviously too early to say if its offering any help. But they are easy enough to swallow and great that the capsules are vegan (instead of being made from bovine gelatin). However they are really expensive compared to other brands so I probably wouldn't buy this brand again as i'd shop around.I hope you found this helpful. Please let me know if you did. 😊
