first, I love how the sketchpad came with care, it was wrapped and had a foam inside the sketch pad, so it won't get damaged. the sketchpad in itself, is a very good product, the black paper is made with quality. I love the thickness of the paper, what I was wanting in the regular white paper sketch pads, the black paper is beautiful, the sketch pad is made with care and quality. nil tech will be my go-to sketchpads for now on, I am so happy with the product.

I've been wanting to try drawing on neutral-tone paper for a while, and this book seemed a good choice. I definitely don't regret it. The paper is good quality, and works wonderful with alcohol markers, taking quite a fair bit of abuse before bleeding onto the other pages. It's almost as strong as my Canson brand "The Wall" sketchbook. And that's a tough act to follow. A great sketch book, with good paper and good tone.

This paper is perfect for Posca paint markers. It is thick and sturdy and holds up well to layers of paint. The perforation so you can remove the page when you’re done is great also!

I absolutely love this sketch book!! I have not tried black paper before I purchased this, but am loving the reverse artwork concept!! Going to have to buy many more!!!
