I woke up with a stiff neck. My neck was stiff over a week. I was skeptical at first. I decided to give it a try, this is accessible and convenient to use at home, as a supplemental wellness tool. There was an instance relief after my 1st session. I could feel the knots loosen . I continued for 6 sessions, spread out between 2-3 days. Otherwise, my family will take turns to massage my stiff neck. This is far better than the Nail Salon's full body massager chair. As good as a trip out to get a neck massage. I much preferred to get comfortable at home. This device concentrate on the neck areas . You can download the app to operate from phone or buttons on the device. There are 3 modes to press and holds, to adjust massage strength and head moves. I tried all 3 modes , I found relief in all modes. Each session is limited to 10mins. It is good, so that I do not over indulge. My stiff neck is gone. I still enjoy using it, with stiff neck or not.. I added this routine to my favorite tools, for my regular wellness maintenence . I also take it along, on my road trips. This is a keeper and if they do have a lighter carry-on airplane version , I definitely want one for air travel. I am relieved and confident to explore their other products. This item was larger than I was expecting - which is probably my fault due to not realizing the size when ordering (was having severe neck pain). This is a true massager - if your not use to a neck massager this one is very strong. It gets deep into the muscle for sure. I did experience soreness after using. However, the neck pain I had experienced prior to using this item was extremely bad. After using this a couple of times, I honestly can say the neck pain has subsided. That is great news for me - no pill needed.

i have a stiff neck with muscles/tendons that feel like steel cable. if i go get a deep tissue massage, some therapists will put their full strength into my neck with an elbow or even foot/heel, and will barely get things looser. this massager gives me daily relief, loosens my neck up so it can crack more easily, and feels great. tip to improve the massage further: i increase pressure by wearing this while lying on a lounger or bed and putting the full weight of my head into the massager, and i also rotate my neck to get more deep tissue coverage. if you like intense massages, this is fantastic.

To be blunt: this thing hurt. I tried every setting and every intensity, and the massage didn't seem to get all the way around my neck. What it did get, it hurt. To be fair, I did not use the app. First off, this slips around your neck. It does not flex at all, so I had to push it around my neck, due to the small opening in the front. This felt awkward. Then I turned it on after charging. This massage unit does massage -- like an angry Swede who's trying to break your neck. The kneading was very hard and painful. I tried adjusting where it sat on my neck using the straps, but, really, it didn't change much. And it didn't massage the areas that were painful for me! The kneading seemed to be focused on the nape and back sides of my neck and less on the muscles along the sides of my neck. No matter how I adjusted the unit, I could not get it to knead the muscles on the side (without turning it). I did go through an entire massage cycle: I started it, then allowed it to go for about 10 minutes, until it timed out. I removed the unit, and my neck was more sore afterwards and throughout the rest of the day. Ultimately, I had to return it. It was too painful to use. It didn't seem to fit my neck correctly. It's not adjustable in any way that would allow me to target areas that are sore. I was just uncomfortable. For the price I paid for the unit, I can spend my money elsewhere.

This thing will pound your neck into submission. it feels ok for about 10 seconds then it gets rough. Leave it on too long and you will regret it tomorrow.

I already had a neck massager that I bought a few years ago, but it was not hands-free, and I hardly ever used it due to the inconvenience. I like the Breo eye massager, so I decided to give this a try. Pros: -Unit feels very high quality, I think it will last a while -Fits comfortably, truly is hands-free. the little "hand-holds" have a magnetic clasp and are a leatherette type material - very sturdy -The massage settings are STRONG, which is what I wanted. My neck gets sore and I don't want something just gentle and relaxing - this thing really gets deep -Heat is mild and a nice feature. does not get "hot" -comes with a removable cloth cover Cons: -It's strong, which is a positive for me, but may be TOO strong for some -Cannot be used while charging Note: this version does not include music. If they could add a feature where Xiao Zhan just quietly talks to you during the massage, that would be amazing ;p
