Kashi GO Cinnamon Crisp Breakfast Cereal - Non-GMO Project Verified Project Verified, Vegan, 14 Oz Box (Pack of 4 Boxes)

This cereal is amazing for a number of reasons but my biggest gripe is how much of the eating experience depends on the actual consistency of the cereal. These are normally crunchy quarter-sized balls of clumped together cereal but somewhere during the shipping process a lot of the boxes are damaged internally and these clumps get turned into a fine dust/powder which sucks. It's not a fun way to eat the cereal. Other than that, this is one of the best cereals I can find which have enough natural sweetness to them without being too bland while also having sufficient fiber and protein content for a healthy balanced diet. Chocolate is my favorite by far. Cinnamon is an acceptable alternative. Don't really like the peanut butter.

It is a breakfast cereal with extra protein that doesn't taste like stale wood chips. For whatever reason, I have a hard time finding it in my local grocery, but not on Amazon. This particular flavor is higher in protein than the other Kashi cereals, so it does help with getting to lunch without a snack. The fact that I add fresh blueberries and extra Ceylon Cinnamon tells you that I am not looking for prize in the bottom of the box.

I love this cereal! Not too sweet, just the right amount of cinnamon (not too much, but you can taste it). It is crunchy and retains its texture in milk. At $11.96 for four boxes very reasonably priced, no pandemic pricing here! This will be a repeat item for me.Ali Julia review

This is a very tasty cereal with a good cinnamon flavor that has a soft crunch as a cold cereal in milk. In addition to eating it as a cold cereal, I also sprinkle it on my old-fashioned oats in the morning, to give my oats a little crunch! It is a very delicious cereal! My only issue is that it has a little too much sugar. Highly-recommend !!!

I love Kashi cereal - but this particular variety is very high in sugar.Super tasty and delicious - but don't choose this one if you're worriedabout the sugar (I couldn't see the label when I purchased...). Overalla yummy treat!

Let me start off by saying that Kashi Organic Cinnamon Harvest is my favorite snack. I noticed the higher protein/fiber content that this “GoLean” cereal has, and it is pretty much the same price as the Cinnamon Harvest (compared to my supermarket’s sales).So, I decided to try a 4-pack of GoLean (why not). Unfortunately, it doesn’t even come close to Cinnamon Harvest in terms of taste. They are very bland, and I don’t really taste much Cinnamon at all. In my opinion, they’re kind of just like Cheerios (kind of airy) with a TINY TINY bit of taste.It’s not bad, but it’s just not for me. I’ll eat all 4 boxes over the next few weeks, but I won’t be purchasing this particular one again. I think I’ll stick to the Organic Cinnamon Harvest/Autumn Harvest varieties.

This cereal has excellent flavor and is great for getting protein in the morning to avoid hunger almost all day. I'm not sure about value for the money, but what cost is great health?

this high fiber/protien cereal has a strong cinnamon flavor that is not fake like other cold cereals. It's not overly sweet either like some other cereals tend to be. It is satisfying and keeps the blood sugar level for longer periods of time. I love the Kashi line and this newest addition is a keeper. If you like natural cinnamon w/wheat flavor that is not sweet then this one is for you. I will definately buy again.
