I love this coat! It's so soft and warm. Fits perfect.

This jacket is so cozy! I have worn it every day since I got it! It’s so warm and comfortable inside and out. I have been layering because of the cold jersey weather so it gets hot and haven’t zippered often. Thats maybe the only flaw, the zipper sometimes gets stuck but not a big deal as it does work and hasn’t been an issue since it looks cute with it open. Got compliments already too!

Cute super soft jacket, more on the lightweight side. Good for Fall, wouldn't recommend as a winter jacket if it gets really cold or snows where you live.The downfall with the jacket is the shallow pockets, and they have no closure. My cell phone will pop out if I don't keep my hand in my pocket.

I’m always skeptical of reviews. Rest assured, this is a cute, cozy, warm jacket. You can dress it up or make it casual.

I did not size up based on other reviews and the size chart. I got a L and this is a mistake. It's not long, like the pictures show. It hits at the top of my hips. The sleeves have generous space and it fits, but it does not have the slouchy oversized look I was going for. It is lined and is super comfy and warm, so it's a good jacket, just not what I wanted. Returning, and debating if it's worth it to try again.

This is my second one of these coats. I bought a grey one a few years ago. Loved it and still have it. When I saw it in black, I just had to get it also. So soft and warm!! And I got overnight delivery.

I love this jacket! Super warm! Feels like walking around with a cozy blanket. I’m 5’5 and my arms are a tad long I probably should have gotten a medium as I wanted it a bit longer but still fits perfectly fine.

Really cute and cozy jacket! I didn't have any weird smells after opening and it's very soft and warm. Not particularly the end of the world, but the zipper tends to get stuck on the inside fur zipping up or down so you have to pick it out. May help to trim that down a bit purely for function and sanity.I'm a medium/large and I ordered a large for an oversized fit. You could definitely get away with your normal size for that relaxed/baggy fit because I'd compare the large to an XL

The media could not be loaded.  Bought this on black Friday, it was supposed to be my new winter coat! But now I either return it for half of what I would have paid for a quality winter coat, or have a comfy big sweater lol. The picture is very misleading.
