These definitely work! Not to mention this cures my insomnia! 😍 I’m on medication that gives me insomnia and couldn’t find any herbal supplements to do the trick, but this puts me sound to sleep!! And I’ve lost weight I’ve noticed and a surprised appetite. Definitely worth trying for a multiplicity of reasons!

makes me sleepy
I have trouble sleeping at night. My husband is a night owl and my mind is constantly going. I find that I get pretty sleepy about 30-60mins after taking this and sleep well throughout the night. That's a huge achievement for me. I have felt refreshed in the mornings, so that's good. I've tried some other things and I feel super groggy in the morning. I am feeling a little headachy the last few days, so I'm not sure if it's this or in combo with the day one. I'm not losing any weight though. It's been about 2 weeks.

Great product.
Love the product. Was taking regular melatonin to sleep at night and since switched this to True Burn PM I have slept better and have actually dropped 4 more lbs I was having a hard time losing. Definitely something you should try.

Doesn't help much with sleep
I have to take this at least 2-3 hours in advance just to feel the drowsy effect, but am I really feeling the effect or I've waited long enough that it is bedtime already? Anyways, don't expect to fall asleep in an instant. It takes a long time. I can't comment on the fat burning effects as the result is most likely minimal.

Great product
I purchased this product due to not sleeping well for a long time. I’ve used melatonin worh not much success. I took this the first night and idk if I’m going crazy or what but I was super relaxed and slept the beat I have in months. I’d say buy it try it you definitely won’t be disappointed!

No baje pero tampoco subí
Lo he tomado desde que lo recibí y no he notado gran diferencia... lo veo más como un suplemento que ayuda a no subir de peso, pero no a bajar

Will definitely order again
Excellent product. Helps provide a restful sleep without leaving me groggy in the morning. Beginning to notice a difference in my body, too.
