Seemed ok for work calls
Got these for work as I didn't like their stereo noise isolating headsets that stop you being able to hear yourself while talking on video calls. Mono headsets don't have this problem but with the trade off of only being suitable if you are in a quiet environment.They seemed to do the job for the most part, I did run into one application that didn't get on with them, but it was likely more a fault of the application than the headset. I had to mirror the output via another device in the case of this one program so could work around the issue.The only down side I really found was the microphone quality. I was told by people on the other end of calls it wasn't as nice as my other 'gaming' headset I use on occasion that I picked up for less. I expected this to have the nicer mic than a cheap gaming headset, but it was clear enough either way.

Microphone broke after 5 weeks
Worked well for about 5 weeks then the microphone just stopped working and was not recognised on Teams. Just outside the return period from Amazon. This was the second Plantronics headset I have purchased - both defective - will be getting a replacement from a different manufacturer.

Stopped working after 2 months
It worked really well when I received it, and I like that it folds flat. But it has suddenly stopped working completely, I have tried it on several computers and it doesn't even get recognised by any of them. There seems to be no option to send this back.

Highly Recommended
I have now purchased two of these wired headsets. I teach a coding class, and I'll give these to a couple of my students for use with computer speech recognition. As long as you're using accurate speech recognition software, these headsets will produce remarkably accurate results. For personal use, I now use Poly's Bluetooth single ear headset (Voyager 4310), but these wired headsets perform just as well.

nella descrizione risulta essere compreso in confezione un comodo astuccio nero, che, purtroppo manca!comunque provata e devo dire che effettivamente l'audio è di qualità con un ottimo volume acustico
