Ordered for Mother. Great Lamp. Wrong Color sent.
This lamp was in a craft shop very expensive so I suggested shopping Amazon. We ordered it. Price was much lower. Even with the craft shop sale. I ordered a black one but when she got it it was the white. Not a big issue. She and stepdad had some adventure putting it together. He of course didnt read instructions and put it together asap. Backwards. She had to switch the lights around. And uses it as a puzzle light...Wasnt going to use the laptop stand but I suggested...How about putting the Puzzle Box lid on it to hold? It worked! She got rid of her old very heavy table lamp. Hope this one lasts a long time!

Good for apartment
Easy to control, two different lights may chose. Bought two similar kinds and love both of them. Highly recommended for apartment.

Don’t Recommend!!!
Easy to assemble and seemed to work fine at first. I was using in bedroom and the first night I fell asleep after turning light out and woke in middle of night to find light on. Took a couple more nights of the same thing happening for me to realize the light randomly turns itself on! Ended up unplugging it to keep it from turning on by itself. Definitely returning!

UPDATE: Randomly turns on by itself all night
This light is really nice and seemed to be a great value for the money. Easy to assemble and the remote being magnetic and sticking to the lamp is a huge plus. However, the light turns on by itself randomly. This is an issue seeing that I bought this for my bedroom. First night I had it it came on at midnight, at 4am, then again at 5:30am. There is no way to stop this. The controls on the lamp itself are very sensitive, you don’t even need to touch them really to turn the light on and off and change the brightness. Maybe this is a flaw causing the turning on? I am just keeping the remote next to my bed until I decide if I am returning. It’s very annoying. I originally intended to use it for my bedroom and the small lamp for my doing makeup. Not sure anymore. UPDATE: Decided I can’t deal with this lamp turning on all night long so I called Amazon for options to return or replace this lamp. They will not accept my return unless I find a way to disassemble the 6+ foot lamp and make it fit in the very tiny box it was originally shipped in. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS JUNK, YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND!!

great lamp
my daughter likes read a book in bed before go to sleep, the light on the ceiling is too dark, we like this lamp very much so far, lightness on both lamp can be adjusted, and all have different light mode, the flexible lower light also a great for adjust position of the light. some time she play it as toy.. there is also a touch control on the stand if you could not find the remote, and it lights up in dark (not too stark in dark, just enough to locate it), it is bit sensitive sometimes you might mistakenly touch the wrong location , but i have not issue with it, as most of my time, i am using the remote. very happy with it.

Product is defective
The mid link of the pole has both ends male threaded . See the photo. Hence, was are not able to assemble this. Please take this product back.
