I did not think that I would be responded to as quickly as I was. Thankfully they were very on top of it from the first email. I simply sent pictures of my issue and showing where I bought it and they were able to send me replacement parts for only the cost of shipping.This worked out very well. Thank you very much!

The setup took about 30-45 minutes, it’s pretty comfortable to sit on. It was my husbands Christmas gift and he loved it.The only thing that I can say negative about it is that it came on Christmas Eve when I ordered it in the beginning of December. So I had to cancel it and it still arrived so I still have to pay for it(which I do not mind), just the shipping is not very fast. So if you’re trying to buy one, make sure you order it probably more than 1 month before your intended date of use/gift-giving.

Replacement cylinder started leaking within 6 months. bad quality
The cylinder won't stay extended at the height I set but collapses to lowest height, thus rendering the chair useless. All this within 6 months of getting the replacement.
