Everpro Gray Away Temporary Root Concealer, Lightest Brown/Blond, 1.5 Ounce

...Part of that is that I am an excellent shopper and know what I want. This is one product I am supremely happy with. The color I chose is a great match to my own hair color product and covers gray hair grow-out. Easy to use. SHAKE WELL, then spray on clean hair, as close to hairline as needed. If I want the color slightly darker, then I do a 2nd coat. It also gives the hair a little lift, so it doesn't look flat at the hairline. Any spray on the skin, wipes off.IT ONLY WORKS UNTIL THE NEXT SHAMPOO. It washes out completely, which is good, 'cause who wants "gunkie" hair. Once my grow-out line gets to about 1 inch it's time to recolor. I keep it on hand. You can even set up future deliveries.

I've tried several types and brands of temporary root concealer and find this one to be excellent. The little spray nozzle lets you get the product where you are aiming and the color is perfect for me. I use it on my part and hairline, from about the third week after coloring until I get back to the salon for root touch-up every five to six weeks. The finish is good, too. I can't tell it from the salon-applied color. I've been using it for several years and was happy to find it online.

I have very light, bordering on dark blonde, brown hair colored hair. I bought "lightest brown/medium blonde." I simply wanted to be able to hide the grays in my part line during the pandemic. I'd spray just enough to minimize the silver sheen, brush through, and add a bit more if needed. Yes, it has a fairly 'chalky' appearance close up, but I dealt with that by using my shine spray to even out the level of sheen between the unsprayed hair and the rest of my hair. I'm also a hairspray user so I'm wondering if that helps keep the spray from transferring to fabric as others have noted. I also found it lasts just fine between shampoos. Again I'm guessing that the hairspray helps set it.As far as color? Certainly it borders on being almost too dark on even dark blonde hair. In comparison, my Color Wow powder/brush palette in "dark blonde" is a bit too light, and my Oribe spray in "light brown" was too light also. Because root growth is normally a bit darker than the ends of hair, I found the Everpro spray to be an excellent choice for darker blonde hair heading into light brown. I was pleased by the ease of application, but be aware, the spray comes out at high velocity so make sure you are deliberate in your application; know your aim. (Will admit that I never used it on my temple gray just for that reason. Perhaps carefully placed blue painters tape on my face, prior to spraying, would be the answer.) =)

This stuff is awesome!! Just a few spays and you can instantly cover your gray. I've tried other brands and those have residual spray that end up all over my forehead...no fun!! Gray away is hard to find in stores so I put this on an auto buy so I'll get some every month. It works and is worth it!

I had gotten to the point I wouldn't leave the house because the top of my head is basically bald! Since one amazing hairdresser tried this on me, my whole life has gotten better. I am not as embarrassed to go out now.There are (2) drawbacks to this product. First is the fact that it is such a small container. It only lasts me twice from one can. It is getting expensive to use. Second is the fact that it doesn't empty entirely, which adds to the expense. I weighed the containers after they stopped working. They are only 1.5 oz size. The can and contents weighed in the range of 1.1 - 1.3? I have no idea how much is left in them, but I can definitely hear the remaining contents when I shake them. This product is not the only one I have tried and some others have larger containers; however, this one has the lightest brown/medium blonde which matches my hair the best. I have to recommend the product, because it has definitely helped my self-esteem! I have to live with the 2 above mentioned faults with this product so they have me as a customer until someone else comes out with this color. Minimum of $60 a month is not helpful to a seniors income. I will try to get some pics posted shortly. Good Luck if you try it too.

With the pandemic, I decided to try to grow my hair out and this stuff is amazing! Those who reported that no color came out, definitely got a defective can!!! The lightest brown medium blond was perfect for covering my gray and only use a little since my gray is primarily in the front top and temple area. When I pull my hair back into a pony is when you can really see the gray and a couple of shots of this product covers it up into a very natural appearing color, no stickiness, dullness etc.

I'm starting to get noticeable whites at my part. I hate the idea of dying my whole head just for this bit of white. The color is never as nice as my natural color and it always messes up the texture/hydration of my hair. Plus I *hate* dealing with roots. I tried the semipermanent dye to avoid the roots issue, but it actually didn't hide the whites well or for very long (plus the color is still off and my hair is dryer).I was hoping this would save me from the hair dye ride (once you get on, nearly impossible to get off) for a while longer, and it seems to be working for that perfectly. I would describe my natural hair color as light brown, or dark blond, and the lightest shade of this spray works fine. I use it the mornings after I wash my hair and it seems to last until the next wash, but it's so easy and convenient to apply that it's not a big deal to reapply every day. YAY!

This spray is a life saver!!! It is better than anticipated, works as well (if not better) than the brand I usually purchase at a mass beauty retailer. With this spray I am able to stretch out my coloring for 2-4 weeks by spraying this on my roots to cover the (ahem..."blonde"...ha, gray!) and also to give some depth in my roots for highlights. Great color match for my dark blonde/lt. brown foil hair.
