Love this system.
This unique product really works and is easy to install. I live in Vegas and the ground is like concrete. With the necessary tool to pound the duckbill into the ground I couldn't budge the anchor once set. Fully adjustable and really holds well in our high winds...

Able to straighten a 7" caliper, 20' tree!
These work great. I have a jacaranda tree with a ~7" caliper and over 20 feet tall. It was leaning at about 20deg. I strapped it to the trailer hitch and pulled it straight. Then, drove the duckbills and tightened the guys. The tree is still straight and the wires taught. You don't need to buy an expensive driver. Just go to Home Depot and get a metal rod; then tribe the duckbills with a hand sledge.

Good but incomplete!
Looks like a good system, BUT it doesn't come with the tool that is needed to install it!!!! Make sure you order it too or you wont be able to use it.

I am totally disappointed with the inadequate cheaply written instructions
The item is very poorly designed and manufactured. I am totally disappointed with the inadequate cheaply written instructions; and the lack of enough parts, adjustability, & ease of use. The cables aren't nearly adjustable enough. I've had to cut off one cable and it is lost. Terrible design overall. Apparently more cheap junk from china. If it were Made in the U.S., the company should go out of business. This poor quality of design cheats customers.

Extremely Effective And Strong
When a 12' Cedar toppled over in front of my house I looked for a way to re-root it. These were relatively easy to install andcreated a snug fit underground.

which worked fine when it was smaller
I have an acacia tree that has fallen down repeatedly over the past two years. The tree is almost 4" at the base, but as it gets bigger, its top is growing too heavy for its smallish root ball. I had previously staked it up with conduit, which worked fine when it was smaller, but now it's too heavy for even a 1 1/4" conduit. With the Florida storms, it was regularly falling down.I installed this system, and it's rock-solid now. Using Kim B's advice, I bought a 1/2" x 3' metal rod at Lowes and used it to drive the anchors with a sledge hammer. (The soil is soft here - for harder soil, the driving tool might be necessary). It was relatively easy to install. I did it myself with a hand-crank winch to straighten the tree and a 2x4 to prop up the tree for the first guy. After that, the others easier to attach. I did this last night, and this morning, the guys had settled a bit, so I had to adjust the turnbuckles a bit.I don't think my tree will be falling down anymore. I'm very pleased with this!

Bad customer relations
Wasn't what I needed. Company wouldn't take it back.

the anchors went in more easily, not easy in my clay soil
These anchors work really well. I used a 6' long piece of 1/2" rebar as a driving pole with a 4# hammer. Per the other reviews, I found that if I drove a pilot hole first, the anchors went in more easily, not easy in my clay soil, but more easily than without the pilot holes. The anchors set as advertised and held with my full weight applied. I have no doubts about their ability to keep my kiwi arbor upright.
