Our Pet, Durapet Cat Dish, 8 oz

Prior to there redesign this lot or run isn't near as thick as the last ones that I had purchased. But still very good quality for a dog or kitty bowl. Stays in place while they eat.

This is a high quality bowl, but the seller should be punished for not describing it accurately.This is a great stainless steel Durapet bowl with non-skid rubber on the bottom to keep it from scooting around the floor.The quality of this bowl is terrific. It wil last the lifetime of several pets and will easily last YOUR lifetime, even if you are young.The most annoying thing about this product listing is the profound inaccuracy of description. Come on, this is bowl. How hard can it be to describe it accurately?This bowl holds 6 fluid ounces and measures 4.5 inches in diameter.The image says it's 4.9 inches diameter. The written description says it's 4 inches diameter. BOTH WRONG!!!It is 4.5 inches in diameter and holds 6 fluid ounces of liquid. Now that was pretty easy, wasn't it?If a 6 oz bowl is what you need, then this is a great bowl and I highly recommend it. You will not regret purchasing this bowl.

These bowls are great for cats. I have some in the 8 Oz 1 cup size. That is what I ordered again, but as other reviews have stated, they are 6 Oz or .75 cups.

I purchased 2 of these for my dogs' travel/emergency go bag. The ones I received are 4 1/2" across the top and 1 1/8" high. Stacked, they fit in a Ziploc sandwich bag to keep them clean before use and keep everything else in the bag clean after. My dogs get 1/4 to 1/3 cup kibble per meal, so this size is perfect. The attached photo shows the bowl with 1/2 cup kibble. The label on the ones I received says they hold up to 3/4 cup, but my "enthusiastic" eater would make a bigger mess than usual and I'd order a larger size for servings larger than 1/2 cup.

I have zero problem with Durapet products, my review is based on the fact that the vendor marketed these as 8 oz bowls, and they are the 6 oz bowls. To the vendor: Please correct your product description.

My neighbors have Durapet stainless steel water bowls for their cats. When I saw how well they worked (no slippage), I knew I should get one for my cat. Unfortunately, this bowl is not the size I expected. It's wide and very shallow. It still works well, and my cat uses it just fine, but I was a little disappointed. Having the dimensions as well as the ounce size would have helped. Still good quality, though.

This item is misrepresented. It is a .75cup dish or a 6oz dish. It is way overpriced and not returnable.
