I HAD PURCHASED THIS JACK MARCH OF 2023 KNOWING THAT THE ONE I WAS USING WAS GOING TO FAIL DUE TO A LEAK, WELL GUESS WHAT? IT DID FAIL HERE IN NOVEMBER 2024. I INSTALLED THIS NEW JACK AND IT WORKS GREAT SO PLEASED TO HAVE IT SITTING HERE WAITING ON A RUFF LIFE AHEAD. THANKS SO MUCH FOR SUCH A GREAT PRODUCT AND PRICE.

I purchsed two of these jacks in order to make myself a set of aircraft jacks, used when lifting a light aircraft when servicing the landing gear. I cut off the bottom mount and trimmed away the excess material from the bottom. So far they have performed perfectly, without leaking.

This jack is a direct replacement for my pre-2011 2-ton hydraulic jack. Another reviewer mentioned that the retracted length is very slightly longer so the lifting arm doesn't store quite as compactly. That's the only reason that I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. It's price was reasonable, it works and I am just happy to have my engine hoist working again.

I left my harbor freight engine hoist out in the rain supporting an engine I was working on. The repair dragged on and the shaft of the Jack in the hoist got rusty and the Jack didn't work anymore when I finally retrieved the hoist to use on something else. I needed the hoist quickly and was able to buy this Jack for relatively little money and it bolts right into the hoist and just works. No fabrication needed. No need to reseal the broken jack, just plug and play and move on. This one doesn't leak or bleed down and I'm happy with its functionality.

First one I received leaked oil from the valve. Amazon shipped me another one quickly, and it's working perfectly. Returning the old one was easy, they sent me a prepaid return shipping label. The pump fit and works perfectly, price was good and shipping was fast. I used it on a Harbor Freight Pittsburg lift that I bought that was missing the original pump.

I used it with some modifications to jack up an airplane. It works amazingly well and most important can be let down slowly. Very good value.
