The loofa section on the back scrubber is very small and the cloth section is too big so when using it it flops all over the place. Very annoying. The small hand scrubber needs more surface area. I was disappointed.

You can use this in the shower and add some soap to the loofah pad. It also feels great if you have an itch you cant reach, just use it dry.

This back washer is too stiff. After applying water it does not become flexible for ease of use in the shower. Not very useful.

It's difficult to wash your own back. This loofah even has a place for soap. So nice.

I appreciated the natural aesthetic of the back scrubber and loofah. I'm trying to get rid of acne on my back, and so it was convenient to be able to reach more parts of my back, but I found the back scrubber to be too abrasive. The gentle side is nice, but I feel like it absorbed a lot of my body wash and didn't distribute it well. The hand-held loofah is nice for gentle exfoliation, but the textured part has started to come apart after about a month of infrequent use (I haven't put it in the washing machine it or anything, so I'm not sure why this would be happening.)

I bought this for my 19yr old son who has acne on his back. I thought this would help him reach the middle of his back. He said it works fine but was too ruff on his skin so I suggested he use the softer side. He said that was much better. Maybe after. His skin clears up he try the other side
