Loved the quality of the whey protein , it is really effective , taking it since 10 days and i can see the results ( obviously have to maintain diet as well its not a magic solution) , very low suger content per scoop and does not cause any bloating to me when i take it after my gym as a post workout shake for muscle recovery. Good for beginners too , as it is really light and digestable.
