Transformed My Workouts – A Game Changer for Strength and Stamina
I never thought a jump rope could leave me this sore - in the best way possible. This weighted rope completely redefined what I thought cardio and resistance training could feel like. I picked it up initially to add some power training to my routine without relying solely on free weights, and I was pleasantly surprised by how challenging and effective it turned out to be. From the moment I unboxed it, I could tell this wasn’t your average rope. At 5 pounds and nearly 10 feet long, it commands respect. The thick, durable rope feels professional-grade, and the handles are well-designed to give a secure, slip-resistant grip even when your hands get sweaty. The overall quality feels premium — this thing is built to last. Using it for the first time was humbling. It engages everything — shoulders, core, legs, even grip strength. Just a few minutes of jumping had my heart rate up and muscles firing like I’d done a full-body circuit. What I love is that it delivers both cardio and resistance simultaneously, so it’s incredibly efficient for those of us trying to maximize time at the gym or during home workouts. Over the last few weeks, it’s become a staple in my routine. I use it for warmups, burnout finishers, and even standalone 10-minute high-intensity sessions. It’s especially great for targeting shoulder and upper back endurance, which I’ve noticed improving since I started. I’ve tried battle ropes and lighter weighted ropes before, but none of them felt as effective as this. It combines the metabolic burn of jumping rope with the muscle fatigue of resistance training. It’s not just a rope — it’s a full-body conditioning tool. If you’re someone who likes to push limits and are looking for a piece of equipment that challenges strength, stamina, and coordination all at once, this is absolutely worth it. Pros: High-quality, durable construction that feels professional Excellent grip and handle design for secure use Provides an intense full-body workout Doubles as both cardio and strength training Easy to store and transport for gym or home use

Good rope
Perfect weight for conditioning and strength training. I’m 6’6” and the rope is long enough to get a workout in.

Prepare to feel the burn.
Full transparency I ordered this and the first one came in kinda damaged. The threading started to fray. But I did like the way it looked and felt. I let the seller know about the problem and they sent me a new one in perfect condition the very next day. And it is awesome now that I’ve used it. I’ve only used it for jumping rope but the quality is amazing and I like how it works my wrist and grip strength. I would recommend, if you’re looking for a weighted jump rope. It’s a great workout tool and very easy to use. It’s long enough that I could attach it a kettlebell and do rope swings/waves. 10/10 product I will be buying another in the future. So I can do more exciting exercises.

10x harder
I was surprised, not sure why, when I first used this weighted rope that I could not string reps together but had to wait for the rope to come around like a little kid learning for the first time to hit my jumps. Even then I could feel the extra work through my arms and upper back as well as the calves as the demand to keep a higher jump to clear the rope is significantly more than a speed rope. I first used the rope by itself as a warm-up before strength work and figured out my slow plodding rhythm. Then I made a HIIT workout using a Rogue Echo Fan Bike, the Heavy Rope and a Heavy Bag. It was a lot of fun and after my 2nd time doing the workout I suddenly burst into full speed single jumps and it was wonderfully exhausting. I've done it 4 more time since then and have never done more then 35 jumps in a row at high speed, it is a near tuck jump every rep to get the timing through doing fast singles. It is holding up well and I suspect that as long as I use it on mats it will last several years. The protective sleeve is a great addition to cover the slap area, but I would suspect that anyone using it on rough concrete or blacktop would wear it through in 1-2 dozen workouts. I would surmise that the effort feels about 10x harder then using a speed rope. Maybe 3x harder then doing double-unders with a speed rope.

2.5lb pink rope
This rope is a PERFECT addition to my routine. I've always enjoyed jump roping and weight lifting and this rope is best of both worlds. When I first took it out I was going to return it cause if felt too light but then I decided I would keep it for my kids. I used it today and let me sayyyy WOW!! Very well made, easy to use, the color is cute, grip is perfect and my upper body definitely got a great workout!! Im glad I didn't get the heavier one. Definitely worth it!!

Great weighted rope!
Love this jump rope, feels like a great workout! I’m 6’4” and the 3LB (9.9ft) option seems like a good fit for me. Might even be a touch long but not really problematic. Sometimes, towards the end of a workout, if I’m really sweating the handles may start to slip a bit but typically only if I’m really pushing myself.

Super

Great skip rope
The rope is great. It's got some weight behind it and makes you think a little when skipping because it goes at a slower pace. I found that jumping rope with this has improved my skipping with the standard skip rope. I'd actually like to give rope flow ago with it at some stage. Highly recommend.
