It came open and damaged

I give it 4 stars because...
All I see is one star and five star reviews which seemed sketchy AF. But I didn't realize this until after it was ordered. So here we go. It came mostly assembled and showed up way sooner than it was supposed to. It fired up after a couple pulls, but like most 2 strokes it doesn't like to idle until it's warmed up. After that it runs and idles great. It's fun to ride and it looks cool, compared to similar scooters. Solid build, and fast enough considering it runs on a 50cc. However, I am only about 145 lbs. But I'd estimate too speed around 27-28. But that's not bad for the price, cause any electric, scooter I've found, under $1500 don't have an IP rating that could handle the qeather. It gets good gas milage. I've been riding it for 3 days and haven't used a gallon of gas yet. Not even close. Only complaints I have is it's kinda hard to shift from low to high, but it's nice to have the option. Also the carburetor adjustment tool did not come with mine so I had to order one. Fortunately it wasn't necessary to adjust mine. Overall I'm happy I chose this on , and I have a feeling it's going to be reliable. Hope this was helpful. If anything changes, so will my review
