So far works great. Love the scent. The scent seems to come alive more when the antiperspirant needs to work harder. Goes on very smooth and very dry. This is definitely going to be added to a small list of sticks and sprays that work for someone like my self with severe hyperhydrosis.

I will never buy anything else. Not only is this super effective, but the tube I bought over 6 months ago still has 3/4 left. $25 for TWO YEARS worth of effective antiperspirant/deodorant is a steal.

Didn’t work at all for me, which is very disappointing because the underarm lotion does. Unfortunate that this product is so expensive for what it is.

For the past 5 years, I've been suffering from extreme sweating as a side effect of medication. After unsuccessfully trying every over the counter and prescription option I could think of, my insurance agreed to cover Botox injections (which tells you how bad my sweating was). Unfortunately, while the Botox effectively controls my sweating, it doesn't eliminate the odor.I started using Carpe after my dermatologist gave me a sample of a different item. When I finished the sample, I decided to try this one and I'm so glad I did. I apply it at night and in the morning and the odor is 99% gone, even at the end of a long and stressful day. The smell is very pleasant and not overwelming. I haven't experienced any skin irritation, only painless red marks at times. It's more expensive than a regular deodorant but it WORKS and that makes it worth it to me.The only downside is that the stick does dry out very quickly and then it won't apply. I used a trick that another reviewer mentioned, which is to get it very slightly wet and it works. But it can be somewhat inconvenient and in my option shouldn't be happening at this price point, which is why I deducted a star.TLDR: this deodorant is awesome but make sure you keep it next to your sink

My friend bought me an entire kit/set and it was all very good. This was my personal favorite due to the fresh scent.—- But but but, I bought this individually here on Amazon, and it smelled very bad, almost gross. Not the fresh scent it had from the kit. Returning it.

This is the most pleasant smelling deodorant I've ever found. It does not smell like a high schooler covered in Axe; it does not smell like a bouquet of flowers; it does not smell like witch hazel and medicine. It smells just right. Too often the tradeoff with these clinical strength products aimed at addressing your hyperhidrosis is the scent.This each morning (I know, it's "supposed" to be for the night) plus SweatBlock each week has left me FINALLY dry under the arms and not a sweaty monster at work.Does it crack in the middle when you get to the bottom? Sure - the texture of it is dryer. Deal with it. We want to be dry, don't we? Maybe don't be so aggressive applying it, folks.This is a great product for its effectiveness.

I purchased this product for my 17 year old son. He wasn't diagnosed with a medical issue however he has very sweaty armpits from the age of 13. Straight out the shower application of countless drugstore antiperspirants would only work for literally a few minutes before the sweat began. The amount of yellow stained t-shirts was becoming embarrassing for him as a young man going through puberty. Searching for a product that will prevent the sweat was a hit or miss until we stumbled upon this gem. Upon his 1st application of Carpe Clinical Strength Deodorant + Extra Effective Antiperspirant was a success. We were anticipating after activity it would break down but guess what....NO breakdown and DRY PITS not to mention it smells amazing, sort of like lemongrass. His confidence is up and no more yellow pit stains on T-shirts.

It worked for two weeks, no sweat in the armpits. Afterwards, it did not work. Would not buy again.
