Does it matter if you don't dilute?

I do dilute mine but can't see any reason you can't use it undiluted, but it would be a waste of shampoo and also may be more difficult to rinse off.

Can this shampoo be used when brushing the dog without washing it off? Or is it specifically designed for baths and showers?

It's shampoo which must be used in dilution and rinsed off with warm water. Leaving any shampoo on a dog's coat has the potential for setting up irritation.

Does a 5ltr pump dispenser fit this please?

Sorry can’t confirm this for you I just used to pour some into a smaller bottle but you could always buy a few pumps open very carefully & then return the ones that don’t fit but remember to keep your receipt!!
