I opened only one of the largest ones to have a reference for potential future use. I got these to put in a first aid kit, as I live and work with horses, power tools, light machinery, bladed tools, and firearms. I have confidence that these are as good a suture as I could need. The one that I opened was used to stitch up a pocket on a shirt to test the strength of the thread over time. It is far more than sufficient.

I use this suture for practice to keep my muscle memory sharp. I also keep one of their sterile staplers around for emergencies. These objects aren't easy for me to find, and it's nice to have affordable access to them in a pinch.
