Doesn't work on Ranger/RCI radios
Product is well made and arrived quickly. However this particular version DID NOT WORK with my Ranger/RCI radio mic...which is a 6pin radio.

Beware
Be aware of this product I bought it and it fried my processor in my CB radio. I thought the item just didn’t work so I brought my radio to a CB shop and he informed me that it was wired wrong internally and it fried my processor. CB shop repaired. My radio had taken this adapter apart and rewired it correctly! Just be careful buying this I would suggest taking it apart, inspecting it, and making sure the wires are connected from one side to the other to the correct corresponding pin locations Just $12 adapter cost me the $12 plus almost $100 a repair on my radio

Item works as it should. Not to mention amazon got it to me 2 days earlier with a little influence from me lol

Operational
It works but the connection points are not top quality. What should be a smooth slide on, slide off procedure is gritty and difficult to get both connected and disconnected. I'd probably see if I could find something better next time around.
