My ear stems were a bit "in between" the hole sizes on the straps, but the rubber straps held firmly while going down water slides and flipping underwater. There is no adjustment on the strap, but the ends can easily be moved up the eyeglass ear stems to tighten.

The eye glass head strap is simple, comfortable and effective. And you get two.I have had more than a few styles of straps over the years, many are uncomfortable. These work great for me.

My son is 17 and plays soccer. He uses these straps for 90 minute games 3-4 times a week. They never fall off of his glasses and sweat, water, shaking, twisting, nothing has knocked them off his head.

Nice padding, good elastic feel but too short. Try it for kids under 12.

I have been using this glasses strap for more than three years. It has been outstanding. I don't like tight glasses so when I need to work in the yard or do some type of maintenance that requires bending and stooping, I use this strap to keep my glasses in place. It's so easy to adjust the tightness, such as when I use it for jogging to keep my glasses from bouncing around. Even thought it is not a big item and it doesn't cost much, it has been one of the most useful items for me on an almost every other day basis.

Until I tried this eyeglass strap, I was constantly pushing my eyeglasses back up to the top of my nose. With the anti-slip silicone strap, I seldom need to adjust. Wish I had discovered this item long ago. Great for wearing during exercise -- especially jogging.

I cannot believe people give this four and five stars. They are way too small and way too firm to be effective. You would be better off putting a rubber band on your glasses and hope it doesn't fall off. These are so small and tight they're ridiculous.
