It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be to get on, given the awkward shape of the body pillow. Took about 5 minutes maybe. It had a nice, soft texture. Kind of reminds me of flannel. I highly recommend if you own the body pillow.

OMGOSH, I love my pillow case, it's soooooooooo very soft, keeps me cool and comfortable!!!! I got another case for the body pillow part of my Medline pillow system, as my left shoulder was in constant pain 😢 😭. I'm a side sleeper, apparently more on my left, than in my right - hence the pain!! NOT ANYMORE!!!!!!!!!! Value for your money. Great Zipper system makes it easy to use and change!!

The case and pillow are separate purchases. Both are expensive but you get what you pay for. Blows out any other pregnancy pillows. My wife is obsessed

The only reason I needed to replace my original cover after 3+ years was that my dog chewed a hole in it. I cannot speak highly enough of the quality & customer service I've experienced with this MedCline, and their entire sleep system has truly improved my quality of sleep and of life.

I returned as I realized it's the exact same pillowcase as the one that comes with the pillow. It's too fluffy, I'd prefer cotton
