This filler pen has been functioning perfectly for me, so far. I have used fine line and medium filler with the 3ml size syringes that came with it.I didn’t feel I had an excessive loss of product, at least not more than I have seen can be typical in videos. I know it’s depositing the filler in my skin because I tend swell badly from hyaluranic acid for some reason, so I have little bumps where each injection goes in. I learned about this reaction my first time getting fillers, and it seems it helps me know this pen is working well.It’s a very heavy duty pen, I did not expect such a pen to be as heavy and as sturdy as it is.Some things I think are important to know, from my personal experience:▪️ Make sure you watch a lot of how to videos on how to properly load and use the pen, they are a bunch on YT.▪️ The type of dermal filler you’re using matters, some may be too thick to work properly▪️ When injecting it needs to be at a 90 angle, not flat against where you are injecting! The best way to do this is line up where you want straight on, then just barely tip it to one side while still holding pressure to it▪️ You do not need to use excessive pressure! I found moderate pressure and the proper angle worked best to deposit the most filler▪️ Don’t twist more than two lines when injecting on the face or lips, a lot of small injections in the right places is how this pen works▪️ Check to make sure your vial is screwed all the way in periodically, mine would come a bit loose and have to be retightened sometimesIf you find it’s not working correctly after trying the things above you may want to try a thinner filler, such as a fine line one. I’ve had no problem with the medium dermal filler though. I plan to try deep soon and will update this review if needed.I purchased my Hayaluronic Acid dermal filler directly from China, I won’t mention the sites, but it is just your basic HA filler in deep, medium and fine.Overall, I recommend this pen if you’re looking for one, I’m very happy with it.

It would be easy to misuse or make mistakes (multi step process to doing one injection), as there are really no instructions on how to use it. Do your research on how to use it properly, I've read many saying it doesn't do anything, it sounds like they have not loaded it properly, maybe missing a step or possibly not holding the pen properly to the area being injected (keep it snug against the skin). I have attached a picture showing before I used it (bottom), right after I used it (a bit swollen - middle picture) and a couple days after (top picture). It works, it works well as long as you know how to use it. There is another picture showing you after I used it (two days later), sorry the lighting was different and the other photo is right before I did it (before picture) - my lips are relaxed in all pictures, to show as equal of a comparison as possible. I recommend getting a bruising gel to apply after use so you don't have bruising.

I bought this to work on my lips and so far it is working great. I’m not seeing much results yet, but that would be the hyaluronic acid that I am buying to blame, not the product. I also have smaller lips so I have to go slowly and gradually anyhow so the acid I am using might not even be the problem. I do think that you would see results faster if you go to a professional, but if you want to buy a pen I think this is a good option and would recommend it.

After not having any luck getting it to work, I got lucky? and it worked. I had watched videos on YouTube and was prepared. I thought. The intense pain foretold what I would see in the mirror after I took the ice off. The lip and the surrounding skin was heavily bruised. I was done. I had done my research on this. Had ordered a good product and have another on the was. There should have been no debate going on in my head but the products were expensive and nonreturnable . I decided to return this unit instead and take the loss. If you purchase this, be careful.

It work well but you need to buy the hyaluronic acid separate

The pen was great. Super easy to use, but I watched a ton of YouTube tutorials first.I was scared to buy this, because there’s so many bad reviews. I’m so glad I did.
