Peter Pauper Press Silk Tree of Life Journal

This journal is so pretty to look at.The embossed golden flowers and the intricate design is so perfect.The pages are gilded.Even the company's legacy is so romantic that in 1928 they wanted to create fine books that even the poor could afford to buy!!And I can say that until now that have stayed true to their legacy.I am not going to compare this with other companies like paperblanks and all.I collect these journals as I love these designs and this will look very interesting in my book shelf.As they say 'a thing of beauty is a joy forever'.

Beautiful book for a gift or for your own use.

This is a beautiful notebook with a ribbon marker. The pages are of superb quality as is the binding. I can't fault it at all other than the price. But you do get what you pay for!

Lovely diary/journal, looks beautiful and the paper is of good quality!

I bought this beautiful 'Tree of Life' journal book for a gift and would highly recommend 'Peter Pauper Press' who made it. The lined paper is very good quality. It makes a perfect gift either for friends or family who like to write, or as a treat for oneself. I think it is good value given the quality of the journal. I have bought other journals from 'Peter Pauper Press' before from Amazon and have always been pleased with them. The journal also arrived very quickly, within 2 days of ordering it. It arrived with a protective plastic cover over the journal which protects the cover and the pages during transport. So very pleased with this order.

I have bought these journals and my first instinct has been to quickly place another order. They are so beautiful! Very high quality, soft, smooth and thick pages to write on and the covers... Oh, the covers are absolutely stunning. They feel and look so good and expensive. This has been my first time purchasing from this company, but I can now say that I am hooked and quite possibly, a client for life. Please create more designs for journals like these for us, people addicted to journaling and die-hard fans of beautifully crafted journals. Thank you! I would give you 10 stars, not just 5. Oh, and I forgot to mention the price. The price is very good in proportion to the quality and compared to other sellers on Amazon of which paper quality, cover quality is not great. One happy bunny!P.S: No camera does these covers justice. The covers are simply beautiful, the details on the covers are brethtakingly beautiful. They look so good and expensive!

As always Peter Pauper Press notebooks are superb excellent quality, Gilt edged pages, lightly lined cream pages, this one has gorgeous gold detailing on the front and back. This is one of their larger size notebooks. Highly recommend.

I ordered this journal as I want to start writing a journal for mental health and to chart the next 12 months and this book does not disappoint. It’s a really beautiful cover and the inside is lovely as well. The pages are quite thick paper, the gold edge is lovely and I’ve already enjoyed writing in it. Would highly recommend and I will be getting another one when I’ve filled this one.

This is one of my favourite journals I bought from this brand. It does not disappoint. It looks very expensive as the yellow complements the gold very well. The design is exquisite and everyone around me loved it!

Another beautiful journal from Peter Pauper Press. This one is a reproduction of an Ottoman era Turkish silk tapestry. It's so beautifully reproduced, it makes me wish I could see the original, which must be something to behold.The pages are lovely and thick and the paper smooth for writing without ink blobs... I love the Peter Pauper journals.
