Stopped working
So I got this product about 9 months ago maybe a little over but was working great then last night I came home and turned it on with all 4 of my tvs for my tv wall and stopped splitting up the picture on all 4 tvs it was saying there was no signal coming from the box what so over so I unplugged it kept it unplugged all night and is still not work and now I have to order a different one and wait for it to get here before I can enjoy my tv wall

Can't set portrait mode
Can't get 1x4 or 4x1 to work correctly. Does not rotate to portrait mode and directions are useless. Tried contacting seller and they said they would look into it and nonresponse.. will change if I get a result..

Remote and controller not working at all straight out of the box. Will be returning.
Right out of the box, this item didn’t work. Non-functioning buttons on controller plus the remote control didn’t work.
