Using this product as an energy and recovery boost after having Covid. Capsules are easy to swallow and have had no side effects from taking them. Certainly felt better since taking them . Feel like I have more energy and seem to have aided the recovery process. Plan on taking them for 6 months to give my immune system a boost also.

Brilliant mushroom complex. Lion's Mane and Reishi are both mushroom based fungi supplements I've already been taking previously which are aimed at supporting cognitive function and general immune health and also contributes to helping with low moods and better sleep - they're both nice natural, all round good-health supplement, and Shiitake mushroom is something I've taken previously in a complex for colan health, so all this with the added Chaga and Cordyceps make this a great all round good healthy complex to supplement with.If you stick to the two a day recommendation these will last around two months, but compared to supplementing with each mushroom separately this still works out to pretty good value so would recommend.

I heard a lot about multiple benefits of different types of mushrooms so I had to try them myself. The big advantage is that this one is organic, vegan and gluten free. There are 120 capsules in the package and each capsule has a complex of 6 different types of mushroms. I did not expect much from them but after taking only one capsule a day I realised that I'm less anxious and more energetic than before. My immune health also improved as I suffered with constant headaches and blocked nose. I noticed results within 2-3 weeks since the first capsule so I am continuing taking them and added these to my wish list to have them saved for next purchase. Highly recommended!

I've been taking these for a month now and I haven't noticed any bad side effects! It's really difficult to comment on the positive effects because we tend not to be aware of what 'feeling good' really feels like... As long as you feel good will you notice if you feel better?I haven't been ill since taking these, maybe it's the pills, maybe it's something else. But I wouldn't mind continuing to take these! Overall, if you're looking for a good source of mushrooms, I'd recommend this product!

My wife's immune system can be quite low in winter. Given the COVID virus, I was on the lookout for anything that could help boost her immunity. She already takes a strong Multivitamin, NAC, Vit C, Vit D, Selenium and Iron. She has added this mushroom complex. Over the last month, she has had no side effects from taking this product. She has not had any flu nor virus. She says she feels very well, but it is impossible to say if the mushroom complex has done anything. So the best I can say is that she has not been ill and there were no side effects, so I am happy to recommend this product if you think it will help you.

Like most supplements, I don't know if they work. I presume they are working. I bought those for my mum, who is 65 years old and feel good. No cancer, heart problems, very rarely sick, pretty good health, her blood work is always great. Though she doesn't feel like 20, but she is still very active. She never stopped taking supplements since she started around early 30 th. If you eat right, the body will run right. Maybe she is lucky, but she always looks after her body and good diet. My hope is it stays this way.
