Poor durability - broken wheel in less than 2 weeks
Extremely flimsy. Purchased this product to store in my car and use to bring groceries to our condo from our indoor parking space. The cart broke in less than two weeks and less than 5 uses. The design is what I was looking for. It is lightweight (obviously too lightweight) and folds very neatly. It is very easy to use but, not durable. What a shame.

Lightweight, spacious, and affordable
I am on my 3rd or 4th Smart Cart. I like them. The pluses about the cart are how spacious and flexible the spacing is inside. Also, the top is just a fabric cover, so it is easy to pull across on rainy days or when you don't want others to see all the papers and stuff you are hauling. Most importantly, it is light. I am always lugging stuff home from school and having to put the cart in my back seat. This cart adds very little weight to the load and definitely made a difference. My back and shoulders are happier. The downsides of the cart are, first the handle takes a little while to get the right wrist motion or hand maneuver , to get it to go up and down smoothly; but you'll get it. Also, the wheels are small and the bottom is made of fabric, so you can't just drag it over curbs or you'll have holes in the bottom and broken wheels. My last cart wasn't made as well as previous ones, (I'm hoping the new one I just ordered will be better,) the ribbing at the top came loose after about 5 months and the cart started losing it's shape. Overall, I have never had any cart last longer than a year, especially the way I treat them! They have to be workhorses because I use them everyday and affordable. Knowing that I have to replace any cart I buy every year, this one has been my favorite so far. I didn't give it 5 stars because it isn't as sturdy as I would like it to be.Update- Jan. 2018I’m still using last year’s cart! It’s losing it’s shape a little. But, no holes, or broken wheels, or major slumping. Yay! I really like this cart.

Weight Limit is deceiving.
I was looking for something to transport my books easily to and from school without having to use a lot of bags. I saw this product on sale and thought it would meet my needs. However, the first time that I used it, one of the wheels broke as I was wheeling it to the car. Very disappointed, especially since the date for return has passed.

Don't use for hauling books or anything heavy, and don't use on asphalt surfaces
I used this cart to haul books and references for my professional engineering exam. I only used it the day of the exam, and the wheel popped off on the return trip from my car after lunch. I then had to carry it by hand the rest of the way back to the test and then again to my car after the exam. While I liked everything else about the cart, the poor quality of construction is a big disappointment, especially for a $40 purchase. I don't recommend this cart for hauling anything substantial or for use on asphalt or concrete surfaces. If I could, I would send it back. Very disappointing.

Broken within a month
I purchased this in mid August. It is only mid September and it is already broken. The structure is gone so it leans forward no matter what is inside of it and the support piece from the front bottom (the part it sits on) is detached on one side. I typically only carry a backpack and lunchbox in it, but sometimes have a few books or packs of paper. Nothing heavy enough to warrant breaking within one month of purchase. I am very disappointed in the quality of the cart.

Not sturdy at all!
I guess I shouldn't have expected much at this price. I'm a teacher. It's pretty cool how it folds up and the handles slip through the top, but after six months the bottom on the back where the handle attaches to the bag cracked. I repaired it with tape and glue. Then this lasted about six more months before the board that fits in the bottom cracked in half and ruined the integrity of the whole thing. I may be able to find another board the right size to replace it, but it's still frustrating. This isn't even my daily bag, I only use it a couple times a month when I have an event or an unusual amount of stuff to take back and forth from work. Bottom line, spend a little more for a better quality bag/cart!

Perfect for board game storage and transportation
I bought mine to store and carry board games, and they get heavy. Packed, it leaves the house about once to twice a month and travels from the house to the driveway and from there to the gaming place which can be between 1-5 blocks. For those short runs, it's fine. If I was pulling it through the city every day I doubt it would hold up long as it just doesn't feel that sturdy over all. I always try to keep in mind where I'm using it and the terrain I'm pulling it over. And I've let it tip out of my hand many times (I was holding the handle poorly - my fault, not it's) and it hasn't spilled any contents (the hook and loop on top flap held it closed) and there was no visible damage to the handle or cloth sides. My recommendation, as a nice "box on wheels" that doesn't get much abuse, it's perfect.Pro:* modern board games (three to four of the 11"x11"x3" style boxes on their ends and assorted smaller stuff packed on the sides and on top) fit well* Full cart of such stuff is *heavy* but there are no signs of stress to the unit and the two strap handles deal with the weight just fine.* The telescoping handle is good height for me (6'2") and while I do occasionally have it smack my feet as I walk and pull it behind me, it's not too often. (If you're tall and you pull luggage or other things from time to time, you'll understand what I mean - it's not that annoying like some carts like this)Con:* telescoping handle is FLIMSY, but it hasn't broken on me yet. While I'm sure it will give out one day, I'm not sweating over it every time I use it. I just try to be careful.* wheels are hard plastic and I'm sure they would die if I used them every day on sidewalks and such, but I don't so I'm not too worried about them either.* outside pouch stretches a bit, but I can just barely get a hard plastic water bottle in it. Otherwise, not much.

Good size and sturdy
Runs more smoothly when pushed rather than pulled, but is by far the easiest cart I've had to set up and then fold again to store in my car. The sturdy waterproof fabric is good for my rainy climate. Holds a lot, and the fold-down solid floor can take heavy objects without sagging.

Good while it lasted
Plastic that holds down the long handle broke after about 7 months of use so I have had to order a new one as it’s unusable. If you don’t mind rebuying... or are maybe only putting a few, light items in... then it’s great.

cheap junk easy to break
This product is flimsy and cheap. The bottom plastic part that holds the main spine/handle in place broke day 1. One of the plastic wheels broke off day 1. No reply from customer service
