Not sure if anyone remembers, but real ocean live rock was the key to keeping more difficult corals alive back in the day. They used to use crushed coral gravel and dead coral skeletons and rocks and couldn’t keep SPS alive.Anything you can do to make your reef tank more natural mimicking nature, is going to help the tank become its own little ecosystem and the fish and corals will love it. This little 2 pound pack comes with its own little plastic tray which happened to fit perfectly in the back of my Innovative marine 30L AIO tank. I can’t wait to see how everything flourishes.

I've been using this mud in my refugium for well over a decade with nothing but positive results.i was struggling with a new tank setup that wouldn't complete the nitrogen cycle till after adding the mud..dont know what magical stuff is in it but it never let me down and I will continue to use it

What I liked most was how miracle mud brought life and color and growth to my corals; and also how it brought out the colors in my fish. What I like least was they didn’t fit my sump as I would have liked. This had nothing to do with the product but the make up of my sump. I highly recommend this product.

It's pretty expensive and you will need a lot more than this small box. The product details are a little confusing and don't forget you will need to change this out after a period of time. It does not last forever.

After a few weeks this had really helped out. I would recommend it. Just be carful to add it slowly if your tank is already established to avoid shocking it
