Does not close!
The casing does not close all the way when transferring chip and key causing it not to transmit properly when starting the car. Casing just falls apart at the turn of the key and of course won’t start. Had to go back to using my old key fob until I can get a new one.

Seems Good (2013 Toyota Corolla)
The media could not be loaded. It does not close ALL the way , but it also doesn’t pop off when I start the car. I treat it like it is still loose just to be careful. Moved old chip to this one and programmed easily. I’ll update if anything changes.

Not big enough
Could not get the chips set to fit snugly. Would not snap shut. Had to glue it.

Don’t bother.
Save yourself the hassle of ordering this. Attached the key once I put the fob together 5 different times, the fob fell apart all 5 times. Couldn’t even get my car started even with the chip. Definitely not worth it, even with the reasonable cost. Would give a 0-star rating if the option was available.

Get the job done with a extra little TLC
Poor quality, popped open when I turned the key in ignition. Gorilla glued it closed! For the price tho what can you really expect

Remember to transfer the microchip from the old key to the new case.
The key case is better than spending $400 on buying a new key and having it programmed to your car. All of the comments about the plastic shell coming undone when you turn the key are real. It may happen right away after you use it, or it may take a while. But eventually, it is likely the key shell won't hold together. Mine is taped together, using black electrical tape. It works for now, but I'm sure I'll either be retaping or looking for a new plastic shell at some point. Also, the comments about remembering the microchip are real. You will need to transfer what looks like a small plastic rectangular shaped black piece from your old key into a slot that is provided in the new shell casing. It goes in a slot that is part of the piece that anchors the metal key to the plastic shell. If the chip is not in your new plastic shell or near the ignition switch, what will happen when you go to start your car is the starter will keep cranking, but the engine will not turn over. No, nothing is wrong with your car. It's just that the car needs the microchip in combination with the metal key in order to start. The microchip is easy to miss when putting everything together and it may be difficult to pry out of the old key. I got mine out by carefully peeling away at the part of the plastic of the old key shell holding the chip in, with a small screwdriver made for eye glasses.
