The humidifier works very well and I love the design.The controls are easy to learn although the icons are a bit less intuitive.There are target humidity settings, and fixed constant rate at 3 levels.The warm mist takes a while until it becomes warm. Don't expect it to warm your room.Ambient RGB light at the bottom can be controlled with the remote.The components are easily to clean and the top loader has a bucket that does not require the fulldevice to be moved around.It is also very quiet compared to other humidifiers I have seen..The (iPhone) app does not work well. At least in my case I had difficulties to connect the humidifier to the network. The app looks simple and a bit unfinished. On a small screen the layout is out of place, text running over buttons, and random pop-ups, tabs, and half-windows. With icons and stuff pulled from internet. This app would not work without a connection.The app requires you to jump a lot of hoops before being able to talk with the humidifier: - First, you need to register with name and email address. It is also obnoxious about the password you use. - Next, you need to set the humidifier into AP-wifi pairing mode. - After, you need to turn off your 5GHz radios on all of your APs. - Then you put the name of your 2.4GHz AP WiFi network and the password into the app, which will be saved into the app verbatim. - You have to check that the password does not contain any spaces and iOS will append a trailing space at the end of the password and capitalize it at the beginning. The app does not do the trimming. - Next, you need to re-connect to the humidifier AP own network, hopping it is still alive. - Once, done and back in the app, you wait for 100 seconds - indicated by a percentage loading circle - only for the app to show you a popup in turquoise, indicating that it is definitely your fault and you need to try again. - Before, you try again, I would suggest pressing the power button on the humidifier for 5 seconds again because the humidifier-AP turns off after 3 minutes waiting for you and does not want to talk to your phone again.So, yes the WiFi and app parts of this are a bit unfinished for a $100 a piece project.The customer service is prompt and very helpful. With their help I could connect the humidifier in the morning outside of the "rush hours" 18:00 to 23:00.

I bought couple humidifiers in order to find the best one fit my bedroom. This is so far the most balanced humidifier. The size is good so it could fit in one of my ikea shelf unit cube. The fan isn't the quietest but no bubble noise since it is a top filled unit. There are unit on the market rated 26db than this 30db, but that one has bubble noise. I am not sure how the warm mist work but feels better than cool mist since you do want your room warmer in the winter. One thing need be careful, compare to the evaporate humidifier like Vicks, the warm mist in this unit still produce calcium/magnesium dust. So you do need use soft water/distilled/RO filted water to avoid the dust.

High tech humidifier. Can be controlled with your phone, but the mechanics within the machine do not work well. The bucket does not release the water and it will only run for an hour before the well empties. Not happy with this product.

I’ve tried a few different brands. This one ranks the best because it’s sturdy and the water is top filling. No mess, and easy to clean. Had troubles with the Alexa pairing process but I figured it out myself as the help line and directions for this product is pathetic.

Bought this during the Black Friday sale. As of writing this review, I have used this humidifer for a few weeks.Firstly, I can't comment on the app that goes along with this product because it requests permission to access odd things like camera/images, phone contacts, and file/storage. I find these to be obtrusive and I do not trust the developers with such private information (especially from China). I do not understand why the app needs these permissions in the first place.The humidifer has been wonderful. It has a great modern design and functions as it should. My only nitpick would be the icons on the remote is confusing, but over time it gets better to tell each button apart. What I love about this is the top design refill and the bucket with a handle inside, which makes refilling and cleaning a breeze. I only leave it on at night when I sleep and I barely hear any noise from it. I wake up without a dry nose which usually messes with my allergies. I only need to refill it once every 2-3 days.Definitely would recommend this product.

The media could not be loaded.  This device works as advertised. I had a few things to adjust to because it is my first smart humidifier but any issues were human error. And when I reached out to customer support, they were responsive.The device is easy to use. The voice control is a mice feature. There are ways to work all the features from the unit itself, the remote, and the cell phone. The app synced nicely with my Google Assistant app. The noise level is not an issue. Barely any noise. The video has sound on while I show the inside of app. The house heater and humidifier were on.

This is a good humidifier with large tank to last for a full day. It is very quiet and help make my living room comfortable during the winter when heating is on. I like that it can be control using an app and voice control using Alexa. It was quite painful to set up and enable it for Alexa, but the customer service was responsive with email. It works with Alexa now. Although it sometimes tell me the humidifier is not responding, the voice control with Alexa actually works.

I needed a solution to stop severe dryness that kept me up at night, especially in the winter when the heat is on full time. The rest of the year also is too dry even with the window open. I use this product every day, works very well.Easy to use. Water tank is large enough so you don't have to keep refilling as often.Love it . Super quiet.
