This is the worst mattress we've ever had. My husband says it's like sleeping in a hammock. For $2,500, he wanted a bed. We've had this piece of junk 3 years. We turn it every 6 months, which isn't easy to do (every 2 months at the beginning). We have the mattress pad they made us buy. I weigh 130 pounds; my husband weighs 175. This mattress was okay for about a year. Then it started forming hills and valleys. They grew and grew. The bed got uncomfortable. Finally we called to get it returned under the warranty. Long story short, we were denied. You have to let the bed sit before they measure the 'depressions' (for 20 minutes). Then they announced that the 'depressions were only 1" deep. They agreed they were all over the bed and the mattress was spotless (as required). When you lie down, the depressions are 6", but that doesn't matter. It's hard to buy a mattress. We got taken. I write this so that others might be warned.
