It’s must have sweetener, great quality and value for money with low glycemic index, still gives mild to moderate spike but at last it’s sugar but not sudden, taste good

This is a very good coconut sugar. I made brownies and added this instead of sugar. The taste was amazing and surprisingly there was no spike in my blood sugar. The granules are in perfect size and do not clump. Definitely a very good alternative to sugar!

Love the taste and esp like that's it's not refined & unsulfited. It adds a distinctive & delicious to my coffee. It especially combines well with chocolate. Just wish it were zero calorie. Then it would be perfect! But if you don't think about the glycemic index...perfect!

So tasty, not too sweet, love the pure nature of it and lower glycemic index
Been trying to cut the refined sugar back. I realize that any sugar is still calories, but I'm looking for something that at least has the natural minerals and such in it. This stuff is so tasty, not too sweet, and I love the pure nature of it. It doesn't give me that burning sweetness of refined sugar and I like that too. It will hopefully keep me from needing more and more sweet. This seems a great balance in my tea, baked goods, and such. Having a lower glycemic index is also important for me and my family's health. Again... it's sugar... but it's better than refined and tastes much better than raw cane sugar. It's a lot more expensive than refined "cheap" sugar, but it's not that drastically so. Great quality and taste!!!

Good for my coffee
Different taste than regular brown sugar. I like it with cow milk froth and espresso coffee. Brown sugar better for oat milk froth, though. A matter of personal taste.
