Helen Ou@ Shanghai Suzhou Specialty: Vegetarian Ham Products or Snacks or Dried Tofu

This product is more like a beef jerky than ham and is a good sandwich or snack in its own right and Ms Ou is a pleasure to deal with. She's been extremely cordial and co-operative about answering any and all questions I had. I probably won't order this particular product again because I think there are better ham substitutes out there, but I would definitely order from Helen Ou if she offered any other products that I might find interesting.
