Can you take this on the plane?

Yes, I traveled with the small can. I did put it in a plastic bag that was visible to TSA. I don’t know that it was an approved item or they just missed it but I did travel to/from with small size.

Does this product have any anti-static cling properties?

I use the product on sweater, slacks, jeans, jackets, and my granddaughter’s school uniform dark colored dress and I have not had any issues with static cling. The product does not mention static cling properties but fabric could make a difference. I am pleased with the product.

Will the small cans be allowed by TSA?

I would imagine they would but I don’t care for this product. I don’t think it does a a great job. I much prefer “downy wrinkle release” type of product

Can it be used on wool?

I have used it on wool with no problems
