Q: I’ve been getting tubes that are too watery. Does anyone have an idea of how I can dry them out, or should I just return them.

I’ve bought several orders of this colloidal silver ointment, I’m a home health RN. If yours is more watery than the consistency of the ole petrochemical newsprint then send it back—maybe it got too hot in transit or something. My tubes have been always thickened. That helps it adhere to the skin, to have that gel consistency.

Q: What is the particle size of the silver in microns or nanometers? Knowing this is more useful than ppm. Thank you!

I couldn’t possibly answer this. You would have to ask the manufacturer or take it to a chemist for analysis. It appears as a smooth gel....and it’s worked well for everyone I know who uses it.

Q: Does it prevent scarring?

I work in construction, especially around old buildings. I use this product everyday. I also shave my head which makes it susceptible to cut and knocks. Its good stuff. I also use their Rash lotion, also a very good product
