Can these stick in freezing weather ?

I've got mine stuck on the outside of my van and it's dropped to freezing a few times here recently. I keep checking to make sure - so far, so good!

Does anyone give feedback that this product really works?

Tried it for testing the seal on airstream rivets. The inner 2/3 of the cup has adhesive on it so it stuck quite well. Just didn’t work for this particularly off application.

Will these suction to the side of a toon?

I'm not sure what a toon is. But they worked really well holding my driver's an passengers side windows up. For an entire year, after that they were worthless lol.but they did a good job for what I needed them for.

Is this color luminous in the dark?

The color is bold, but not luminous.
