Worth It
I'm a teenager myself, and I found this cup a perfect fit! It took me 2 tries to get it right (I watched a TON of youtube videos about it first) So I picked it up quickly. I quickly noticed though that the tip was too long, so I cut it by about 1/4th an inch and it fits much better. Here is my personal advice if you are a teen looking to purchase one! 1) Buy water-based lube. It makes insertion 1000x easier. Just dab a bit on the rim when inserting, and some on your fingers when removing. It's a must-have. 2) Buy the appropriate wash. I found out certain soaps that have oils or fragrances can affect your pH and cause infections or damage the silicone cup, so I strongly recommend buying a menstrual cup wash specifically made for menstrual cups. It doesn't even have to be Saalt branded. 3) Boil it before you use it. When your ready to use it for the first time, boil it. Who knows where it's been before it came to you. It's an essential step. Before and after your period, boil the cup for 2-5 minutes and allow it to cool before storing it or inserting it. It keeps it clean and sanitary as well as prevents odors. 4) Understand that you'll be getting really up and personal with yourself. Yes, you will get blood on your fingers. Yes it'll be messy at first, but it's worth it, I promise you. I've been able to hike and swim with no issues or worries and no leaks and sleep comfortably. 5) Watch youtube videos and read about cups! This is how I learned everything I know. Again, doesn't have to be Saalt cup branded, OrganiCup has a very informational video on how to care for cups on Youtube, I strongly recommend watching it before inserting it. I hoped these tips help you! I really enjoy my Saalt cup teen, it's the perfect size for a small body and it's very comfortable and I wish I bought one years ago.

Thank you Saalt
As a teen user, I found the instructions super helpful. It is comfortable and easy to use. It's so nice not to have to worry about changing my product every hour and guessing what flow I have. I would always forget and would bleed through my pants every day of my period. This is a lifesaver. Most of all, I love the peace of mind knowing that I won't be bleeding (pun intended) money to tampon companies for the rest of my life just to put who knows what in my body.

Amazing
This is my goldilocks cup. I am 33, no kids. After unsuccessful attempts with intimina lily cup years ago, I was discouraged. I always knew I was small and luckily my periods are relatively light, so I ended up getting intimina lily cup one. I was officially a menstrual cup convert, but I suspected I might be able to do even better. With the lily one, I'd have to collapse the top section once inside me or else it poked out a bit and while not painful, definitely not comfy. I tried the organicup mini and is was BAD. The firmness of the cup made it pop open abruptly before I'd get it in and that was extremely painful. I tried a few times and the pain was so excruciating i sent it back. Then I got this gem. This cup is tapered more at the bottom, and the stem is so soft and stretchy that even on my lowest cervix days , so no need to cut it. As my period goes on my cervix raises higher, and this allows me to reach it on those days with ease. This is a breeze getting in and out compared to the lily one cup, which sometimes I struggled with a bit ( but even then felt it was superior to tampons.) I was worried that might mean leaks, as the suction doesnt feel as strong but I have had no issues. One trick I've learned with cups in general when I fold it (punch down method) dont push it in facing up. Turn it over so it's smooth on top and the fold part is facing your backside. This helped me prevent it from (painfully) popping open prematurely . Buy this!!!

Worth it.
For reference, I'm 18 years old, petite, and have never used a menstrual cup. Look, the first time you use this cup, it might be a horrible experience (if you're a beginner in the art of menstrual cups like me), there will be, dare I say it, bloody fingers. It will take time to get the cup in, so leave a ton of time to figure it out. For me it took about 20 tries to get it in, about 30 minutes of YouTube videos and about 5 minutes of hormone crying, sigh* I know, I know. (Pro tip: Use hot water to warm the cup up and make it softer to put it in). Once you get it up, it will feel as if you've lost the cup in the abiss of your body, but don't worry its there and you will be able to get it back out (anxiety me made me freak out about this wayyyyyy to many times). Once I got the cup...up there, it felt...strange (obviously, there's something foreign in your body), my stomach bloated and I felt as if I need to walk strange (You don't actually have to though, you can't feel the thing! Which is both terrifying and wonderful, may I add). I took it out about 2 hours later with no leakage (lucky me!). Getting it out was actually quite the breeze surprisingly, YouTube videos explain the process extremely well. The next day I trimmed the stem washed it with soap and used the cup again. This cup is wonderful and worth the buy. Again it might be scary at first, but you get used to the whole process quickly.

Not just for teens, very comfortable!
TLDR: This cup has been a game changer for someone in their mid 20's who has struggled with other cups that have been too large. For context, I am in my mid 20's, have not given birth vaginally but like most women have a weak pelvic floor (urinate when laughing, coughing, jumping, etc.) I have tried every Saalt cup (and many other brands) trying to find something that worked for me and my anatomy. The Saalt regular firmness (in both regular and small) would not open and I couldn't urinate, I experienced a lot of uncomfortable pelvic pressure. The Soft Saalt Cup in size regular had the same fate as the regular firmness, wouldn't open and I couldn't urinate. I have had much better success with Soft Saalt Cup small - it opens 75% of the time and never once have I had the issue urinating. This cycle, I tried going out on a limb and using the teen cup and will be honest, I am still having intermittent issues with it opening all the way but with some adjusting can get it to open/seal about 95% of the time. I will add that I think my difficulty is truly because I think I have anatomy that is more on the petite side, not because their products are defective. Pro tip: Using a water-based personal lubricant has helped with insertion and I almost never have an issue with opening when using lubricant. I think this would be a great cup for women or teens who are on the smaller side or/and are wanting an introduction to sustainable period products. I also want to give an honorable mention to the saalt disc small size which I think would be another phenomenal product to try for women/teens on the smaller side/new to reusable products.

Excellent cup, the teen size works great even after 3 kids
The best one yet, have tried divacup, lena, skoon and luna cups, the saalt is the only one I have found that doesn't cause pressure in back, urine retention in bladder or leaking. It's squishy, not hard silicone and I use the teen size with no issues even after having 3 kids. Works great for low cervix.

Highly Recommend!
Oh my gosh. I didn't believe when people said that these reduce cramps...but it totally worked for me! I used to have to be on birth control for how bad my cramps were, but I have since gotten off of it after using this cup. I love this more natural option! I also had a sizing issue, and the company was so nice to work with and send me a new one that was the right size. They were so helpful, and I felt so supported and heard along the way. I recommend this to every woman I know. Seriously. I love Saalt's menstrual cup so much.

Non-Teen User
I’m a non teen user. I feel like a lot of cups were too big so I tried this. It’s very comfortable inside and easy to insert. It does not handle my heavy flow but it’s not anything wrong with the product it’s a small cup of course it won’t hold as much. This will be great for when I’m spotting. I feel like if you have trouble inserting the cups that getting this would be good for getting used to them.

Sbagliato taglia

Perfect for shift workers
I’m in love with this cup, I’m light so though this may be better than the adult one and it works perfectly!!! I work long shifts and a toilet is not always accessible, so I thought that this would be a good idea, no more having to plan to be near a toilet to change etc!!! Lasts the whole shift and is so easy, it’s not messy or hard to use!! If you haven’t got one, do it!!

I’m converted!
This arrived before I was expecting it! I have heard all the things about how good menstrual cups are, and was willing to give it a go. But I was also quite nervous! When it arrived I was pleasantly surprised to find how small it is! I tried it and it was very easy to insert (punch down fold works for me). I also already prefer it to tampons because tampons dry as they go up where are menstrual cup just ‘slides’ lol. It was very tricky to get it out the first time, but I eventually got it by squatting and tbh you just gotta ‘feel around’ make sure you stick a finger to break the seal and you’ll be right! I highly recommend and will purchase saalt in the future!!
