The media could not be loaded.  Pretty self explanatory to assemble.Seems okay so far, however the 2 way rotation does not work

It is a nice quiet machine, Amazon says it’s a two way turner. When I got mine it’s only a single direction. There might be some false advertisement there. It will do for now. I use it to make rings. When I can upgrade to an actual 2 way turner I will.

It is so easy to assemble and you can’t even hear it make a sound! The only thing is, in the instructions it says you can have it switch directions but mine ticks and then continues spinning the same way. But everything else works perfectly!

Missing plug for pvc tube

The instructions weren't really clear but after a few minutes I got it put together. It does NOT change directions when you turn it off & back on like it's supposed to but that wasn't a huge deal breaker. I ended up cutting the small foam in half so it would fit my cups better & leave me room to epoxy to the lip. It has been on for a total of 20 hours now since yesterday morning and has developed a ticking sound. I believe once I finish this glitter tumbler I will be returning it and shopping for a better product, sadly this turner doesn't seem like it will hold up for very long.

The media could not be loaded.  Sturdier than any other turner I've purchased. No squeaking. The only drawback is that the support plate, because it's a solid piece, sometimes gets in the way of epoxy coating but it's not a deal breaker.

I got this as a gift for my brother. He loves it. The only thing he wished there was a middle size foam insert.

Having that reverse function is essential to keep waves out of the cup, 1st unit did not reverse so we sent it back thinking it was defective, replacement was shipped right away. 2nd unit had the same issue. Will not reverse. If that function is not important, this is a great unit. Easy to put together and quiet.

I liked the speed at which the turner moves but the screw doesn't allow for the arm to eventually be taken off so you can make the epoxy swirl in other directions. You must pick up the whole unit. If you switch to a cotter pin a cup with a handle ends up slipping. But the price was right and it was a good starter machine

Works great. I've made a dozen or more tumblers without any issues. Would be better if it had a 3rd sponge attachment for smaller neck cups or be able to purchase on separately.

So quiet and works perfect. It does reverse you just have to be quick. Flick it on and off and it’ll reverse, sometimes it’ll happen if you have it off for a bit and turn it back on but if you wait a few extra seconds and turn it on again it’ll go the same direction it was….. just be quick and it’ll change direction !The inserts are way to big. I use mostly 20oz skinnies and I just shaved the sides off the smaller one so I could get it out easier.Definitely recommend, good price and came with some good accessories that always come in handy!
