Beautiful and useful product. But stand and this item needs to be balanced. Pot keeps shaking and not sturdy. Over good item

Recieved a leaky item.
The container is leaking from the tap fitting and the return pick-up has not happened for almost a week. Bad customer service.

Good to store drinking water and usage was ok
I bought this on March 2021, copper vessel are good to store drinking water. It was good for some days but after week it started leaking, still we adjusted as kids in our home liked it very much easy for then to drink water from it. But last month (September 2020) Tap was broken and we have replace it. And number provided in product is switched off.So if people who are ready to buy they should be ready to take care of tap which low quality material as by seeing pic I thought its steel. But its plastic coated with silver material. And if we use continuously definitely tap will break.

No stand for glass
I didn't receive stand for glass which was included in the copper set and even the stand for copper matka is different as shown in the picture
