Good enough but instructions SUCK
The instructions are awful. It took my husband and I over an hour to put together and we had to assume where some of the bolts went because the instructions were little more than pictures with arrows. Once it was finally together there are a few things that are DIFFERENT FROM THE PHOTOS. Please see the photos I've attached with my review. The triangle hand grips aren't located below the handle bars but are clipped to the base to be some kind of a resistance pull exercise. However the elastics we received are different lengths slightly which leads to different resistance in each arm. The base is also slightly different but still stable.The weight limit printed on the instructions is MAX 220 LBS which might be a problem for some people. I don't believe that was clearly noted on the Amazon listing for this item. There is a slight wobble side to side but when you are using it properly and doing leg-ups, pull ups and the like, it is fine and doesn't budge. We are also not sure if our floor is totally level so that could be part of the issue. I would not let young kids play on it or near it for fear it could knock over since it is top heavy.The good news is the pull up bar has lots of different heights you can adjust it to. We have it on the lowest to accommodate our lower ceiling height in the basement but you could probably set it to 8-9ft (that is an estimate we did not measure when we were putting it together).Overall it is not heavy-weight gym quality material but sufficient for a home gym for someone less than 220lbs.

Got to my place 2 hours ago, pieced it together, I'm already seeing some serious gains. Better believe I'll be hitting it hard this summer to impress coach. Seriously though, you should see my biceps
